Lee was its pastor from 1927 to 1960. In more recent times the church was pastored by the late Adrian Rogers, 1972 – 2005. Now their web site sadly states that "A past, but highly concerning moral failure by a staff member has come to the attention of the leadership of the church." According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bellevue_Baptist_Church this staff member has been "at the church for 34 years" and "had been placed on leave with an investigation pending regarding a ‘moral failure,’ identified by Gaines and others as alleged child molestation in the 1980s." If this is true the incident occurred under the leadership of Adrian Rogers. According to http://www.abpnews.com/1583.article "Rogers' widow said her husband had no knowledge of the abuse allegations, although they occurred during his tenure."

But Pastor Fields said he had not planned to do this but "the Holy Spirit took over, and I had to pray what he said." In his prayer Pastor Fields said "We curse the spirit that would come to bring about same-sex marriage" and "We ask you to just look over this place today, cause them to be shaken in their very heart in uprightness, Lord, to do that is right before you." Of course in this day of political correctness this "has gotten the pastor banned from giving future Senate invocations." The pastor was also criticized for "citing Jesus twice in his prayer" as "The invocations are usually non-specific to any religion."

This means that "Any Arab who believes Israel’s security barrier has infringed on his/her rights will now be able to register for compensation at a new office that will be set up in Vienna."

Roger Prehn rarely heard about the Virgin Mary, except during Christmas. Now a pastor in Orlando, Prehn preaches in a sanctuary with a nearly life-size bronze statue of Mary and the baby Jesus. During advent, the four weeks leading up to Christmas, he leads his congregation in singing the Magnificat -- a prayer Mary sings in the Gospel of Luke." Prehn said "''We've ignored Mary, and now we're recovering her place in salvation history." Prehn is not alone for now "many Protestants are looking at Mary in a new light, inspired in part by growing dialogue with Catholics, the influence of Latin American immigrants who bring strong religious traditions of honoring Mary and a recent explosion of Mary-themed books, websites, popular songs and movies such as The Passion of the Christ and The Nativity Story."

The city plans to hold a series of daily events throughout the metro to mark the seven principles that define the holiday." Those 7 principles are: - "Umoja (unity): To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation and race. - Kujichagulia (self-determination): To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves. Ujima (collective work and responsibility): To build and maintain our community together and make our brothers' and sisters' problems our problems and to solve them together. Ujamaa (cooperative economics): To build and maintain our own stores, shops and other businesses and to profit from them together. Nia (purpose): To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to

restore our people to their traditional greatness. Kuumba (creativity): To do as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and better than we inherited it. Imani (faith): To believe with all our heart in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders and the righteousness and victory of our struggle." Churches and other groups in the community have joined together to "extend Kwanzaa's reach." The 7 principles correspond with the "the seven-fold path of blackness is think black, talk black, act black, create black, buy black, vote black and live black."

Editor’s Comment: According to an article by Jerry Falwell found at http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53559 RETHINKING KWANZAA, this reversed racism was introduced into the American black culture in 1966 by Ron Karenga (born Ron Everett). Karenga had Marxist leanings and in 1969 at UCLA led a group of students known as the United Slaves. Female members of the United Slaves said they were tortured at the command of Karenga himself. In 1971 Kerenga was sent to prison for felonious assault and false imprisonment. Yet, upon his release from prison Karenga was appointed to the Black Studies Department at California State University in Long Beach, CA. It might be said "only in America" but nonsense such as this is taking place around the world.

article.do HOMOPHOBIA SPIES IN THE CLASSROOM 28 December, 2006 "Schools that fail to show enthusiasm in rooting out prejudice against homosexuals should be reported to the police by pupils and parents, a Home Office report recommended yesterday." This report "called for parents and children to identify schools that ignore ‘homophobic’ language in the playground and teachers who produce ‘homophobic’ lessons." It also calls for "head teachers to bring lessons about ‘homophobia’ on to school timetables and to involve their pupils in gay ‘awareness weeks’." The report even calls for a "hate crime co-ordinator".

Health Minister Tony Abbott - himself a devout Catholic who once trained too be a priest - this morning defended the decision saying safeguards would be put in place to make sure no one accessing the service was lectured on the perceived evils of abortion. He said it was the Church's professionalism and not its philosophy which was important, and urged anyone to report if they felt they were lectured. The multi-million dollar contract has been awarded to the church's health and welfare arm Centacare."

This $51,000,000 of Australian tax payer’s money is only a drop in the bucket of the total spent in this murdering the unborn. Police banned the soup kitchen last month, saying the handouts discriminated against Jews and Muslims who do not eat pork on religious grounds." The ruling was condemned by the mayor of Paris but the lawyer for the soup kitchen said "No one has ever been able to prove that anyone has been refused soup or clothes on the grounds of their religion or race."
