http://www.investors.com/NewsAndAnalysis/Article.aspx?id=515484 THE TERRORIST-CERTIFIED CHAPLAINS WHO MINISTER TO MUSLIM SOLDIERS December 16, 2009 (Edited by DCB) – This is scary when one reads that the United States military has a terrorist problem due to “...its radical Muslim chaplain corps.” As the ranks of Muslim soldiers increases within the Armed Forces of the United States the Pentagon turns to “...the American Muslim Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Council.” This organization was founded by “Abdurahman Alamoudi” who “...turned out to be one of al-Qaida's top fundraisers in the U.S., and is now serving 23 years in federal prison.” Another official Pentagon “endorser of Muslim chaplains is the Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA, which the Justice Department recently blacklisted as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator.” “These two radical groups accredit chaplains trained chiefly by the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences, which is run by a radical imam also recently named an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator. After Northern Virginia-based GSISS was raided by federal agents after 9/11, the imam changed its name to Cordoba University.” Allowing this to continue is political correctness gone mad.

http://www.acl.org.au/national/browse.stw?article_id=29673 ELDERLY IN SUICIDE PILL CHRISTMAS GIFT SWAPS 16 December, 2009 (Edited by DCB) – Don’t know what to get the Mrs. for Christmas? Well, contentious Australian campaigner for euthanasia, Dr. Philip Nitschke, says “Elderly couples are buying each other suicide kits as Christmas presents”. That should bring a smile to your wife or husband’s face when they open the present!
When Nitschke recently spoke at Tweed Heads in the northern part of New South Wales he mentioned “a new ‘peaceful pill’ suicide method being developed overseas”. According to The Courier Mail this comment “sent right-to-life campaigners and church groups into frenzy”. Of course Nitschke and those buying suicide kits do not believe Genesis 1:27 “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
http://www.freshconservative.com/Fresh_Conservative/Fresh_Conservative/Entries/2010/1/2_A_Case_for_Profiling.html A CASE FOR PROFILING 2 January, 2010 (Edited by DCB) – When will the West and especially the United States of America learn that there is a certain type of people with certain held beliefs that desire to kill as many Americans as possible even at the cost of suicide? Perhaps the United States should look at the Israeli airline El Al which has not an incident involving terrorism for decades. “Why is this? The answer is politically incorrect. They look for potential enemies more than for weapons. They screen passengers carefully and simply don’t allow anyone to board a flight if their profile fits the pattern of an enemy. While it is possible that a mentally disturbed Rabbi might attempt an attack, there is no doubt that he wouldn’t fit the profile, and so far, no Rabbi has made such an attempt. Scrutinizing rabbis would be a waste of time, counterproductive, and an unnecessary invasion of privacy. Jewish Israelis receive the least scrutiny. Jews from other countries are next on the list of unlikely perpetrators. More scrutiny is given to traditional inhabitants of Western nations. And guess who gets the most scrutiny? Even trying to think it causes a bit of a cringe doesn’t it? We have been so conditioned to avoid naming a particular group as a potential threat that we can’t even name it in relation to the security policies of another nation. Yet, they profile and do so successfully. Will an Imam from Yemen get a window seat on El Al, or even a visa to visit the country?” Wake up America and Australia!

http://www.dailyliberal.com.au/news/local/news/general/forget-jacko-naked-cowboys-could-be-dubbos-next-calling-card/1719494.aspx When I read the following story from our local paper online I thought how many churches are also trying to come up with almost anything just to get a crowd. FORGET JACKO, NAKED COWBOYS COULD BE DUBBO'S NEXT CALLING CARD 7 January, 2010 (Edited by DCB) – “Dubbo is a booming regional centre with a new mall popping up every five minutes and plenty of facilities for the masses. However, locals agree there is just one thing missing - a unique and iconic festival to set Dubbo apart from the rest.” Well, this cannot continue so the local paper, the Daily Liberal, sent out a reporter to find out what the man on the street thought what kind of festival might attract visitors and set the city apart from others. One local (we mean that this person lives locally and not his mental state. However from his suggestion perhaps it is his mental state.) suggested “...the idea of a nudist festival to attract ‘greenies’ and people from the coast”. Another “...suggested music but only if it was loud and brought rock stars to town.”
Well, the nudist festival is definitely out for church but the loud music; now that just might work to get a crowd in to hear the gospel or has that been tried by others and been found wanting?

Because of Calvary,
