The 2005 figure represented an eight percent drop from the number of abortions in 2000."

According to Guttmacher Institute’s Rachel Jones, the surveys lead researcher "Abortions were also taking place earlier in the pregnancy, thanks in part to the availability of early medication abortion."

Jones added that "For a long time, nearly 90 percent of abortions in the US have taken place in the first trimester, but in recent years, women having an abortion have been able to do so earlier and earlier in the first trimester."

They were Johnny Hunt, First Baptist Church, Woodstock, GA and Bobby Welch, former Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida. Welch according to the Southwide web site "is also a highly regarded leader within the Southern Baptist Convention". This is not the first time Southern Baptists have preached at a Southwide conference. Has the SBC changed or has the Southwide Baptist Fellowship?

There will be three regional heads of the Anglican and Catholic denominations that "will sign a covenant of co-operation in Newcastle on April 2." In this agreement they will agree to "an annual ecumenical service of worship, an annual joint clergy day, annual exchange of pulpits and exploration of possibilities for sharing church plant."

His church, Spirit One Christian Center has also "been threatened by the Internal Revenue Service with an audit for posting messages on its marquee dealing with the value of human life, based on dozens of Bible references."

The Alliance defense Fund has filed a lawsuit against the city of Wichita, and several of its police officers. The trespassing charges were dropped "but that doesn't solve the issue, according to the ADF."

Stein says he "finds it problematic that Darwinism, which he feels leaves a lot of questions unanswered, is being touted in the academic and scientific circles as the only rational explanation on how life began."

Walt Ruloff, the film's executive producer of the film says he "hopes that the film will prompt congressional language to protect the free speech of people who dissent from Darwinism."

The victim was a 16 year old English girl who was struck continually on the head with a concrete block and then strangled. The two killers then filmed "her blood-splattered bedroom and semi-naked body while they mocked her English accent." It was disclosed that one of the killers "was a member of a vampire sub-culture, interested in violence and drinking blood." The two will be sentenced in March, 2008.

Security officials thought directly linking terrorism to Islam was "inflammatory, and risks alienating mainstream Muslim opinion."

The British Government also has plans for a forum of head teachers that "will be set up to advise on what more can be done to protect children and build bridges between communities. Youngsters will be taught about all faiths in schools, and £2million will be spent ‘twinning’ schools of different faiths." There will also be government funding to boost "more youngsters to carry out volunteer work overseas." The British government also desires to "hold more ‘roadshows’ of mainstream Islamic scholarship around the country."
