Dort College officials "apologized to the members of the organization that works to end political and religious oppression of gays." The Soulforce Q "group has targeted policies such as the one cited in the Dordt College faculty and student handbook that says ‘sexual relations with someone of the same gender’ are unacceptable."

Editor’s Comment: God never has put His approval on sodomy! In the first Book of the Bible God said "And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh" Genesis 2: 21-24. God also said in Genesis 1:28 for this man and woman to "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth". This could never be said to two of the same sex!

This is the Laodicean condition of Christendom in the USA today!

The seminary commissioned a survey which showed "65 percent of Conservative rabbis in favor of allowing gay and lesbian rabbis and cantors compared to 28 percent who were opposed." In early March, 2007 the "conservative" "Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at the University of Judaism in Los Angeles -- began accepting gay and lesbian applicants." The pressing issue now for Jewish congregations and rabbis "is whether they are going to do commitment ceremonies."

Another African-American church in Stone Mountain, GA has seen its attendance fall from 6,000 to 3,000 when the pastor began preaching the acceptance of the sodomite’s lifestyle. Tabernacle’s pastor began to change his views on sodomites when his son told him and his wife he was "gay". He then began reading "liberal theologians like Mr. Gomes and to look at Scripture again." He then began preaching a greater acceptance of those living in sodomy and that is when "the face of his congregation" changed. Last year Tabernacle’s pastor held a "commitment ceremony in the church for two lesbian couples." That caused more people to leave. Those who left were also those who tithed. Because they left, Tabernacle found it "a hard time paying for properties it had bought nearby."
