The film is being made in the US by VIVID films, and has a powerfully anti-Christian plot line. A publicity blurb claims that there is ‘increasing historical proof that Christ never existed,’ a theory which they add is ‘gaining popularity’. The plot involves a fundamentalist Christian pastor who disappears after he ‘stumbles across incontrovertible factual evidence that Christ never existed’. In searching for him, the film shows his daughter Danielle ‘struggling with her own need to believe that Christ existed’ and also combating ‘a band of fundamentalist Christians who will stop at nothing to suppress the truth’. In the film, they are portrayed as ‘trying to cover up Christianity’s best-kept secret’. The Beast was carefully timed so that it took exactly 666 days to make. One prominent Wicca high priestess in the US recently said: ‘Finally, a film that proves Jesus Christ never existed. I can’t wait’."

California’s Senate Judiciary Committee has already approved "SB 1437, which would mandate grades 1-12 buy books ‘accurately’ portraying ‘the sexual diversity of our society,’" and was approved 3 May by "the Senate Education Committee." This bill would also require California students to "hear history lessons on ‘the contributions of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender to the economic, political, and social development of California and the United States of America.’" Executive director of Capitol Resource Institute, Karen England, said this bill also affects "School-sponsored activities" which includes "everything from cheerleading and sports activities to the prom" She also said this bill would likely prohibit a school "from having a 'prom king and queen' because that would show bias based on gender and sexual orientation." She went on to say that "Under SB 1437 school districts would likely be prohibited from having a 'prom king and queen' because that would show bias based on gender and sexual orientation."

A report says British regulators have ruled that fertility clinics in the U.K. may now screen out human embryos carrying genes that raise the risk of cancer in adulthood." This "will allow for the destruction of unborn babies whose genes show potential for things like breast, ovarian, and colon cancer, which

do not strike until adulthood and are often treatable."

"The National Drug and Alcohol Reseach Centre estimates 500,000 Australians have used amphetamines – including ecstasy – in the past year. Of those, 73,000 are dependent on the drug, with up to 66 per cent using ice – a more potent crystalline form of methylamphetamine." The UN released a report in 2003 that "…estimated 2.9 per cent of Australians aged over 15 were using ecstasy. That rate was the worlds highest, with Ireland the next highest (2.4 per cent), then Britain (2.2 per cent), Spain (1.8 per cent), Belgium (1.7 per cent) and the US (1.5 per cent). Australia also had the second highest rate for amphetamine use at 3.4 per cent, behind Thailand (5.6 per cent)."

Editor’s Comment: Rev. 9:21 "Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries (pharmakeia), nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts." Vine’s Expository Dictionary of NT Words says this word pharmakeia "primarily signified the use of medicine, drugs, spells...." Our nation along with many other nations are rushing at full speed toward the end times.
