CNN.Com 13 July, 2004 MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERAL GETS
MICROCHIP IMPLANT (Edited by DCB) "MEXICO CITY, Mexico (Reuters) --
Mexico's attorney general said on Monday he had had a microchip inserted
under the skin of one of his arms to give him access to a new crime
database and also enable him to be traced if he is ever abducted.
Attorney General Rafael Macedo said a number of his
staff had also been fitted with chips which will give them exclusive
and secure access to a national, computerized database for crime
investigators that went live on Monday." Macedo said the chip implant was
"unremovable."
Editor’s Comment: Interesting as one reads Rev.
13: 16 "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and
bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads"
The following excerpts from the World Council of
Churches Annual review for 2003 are given to expose even further the
WCC for what it is, apostate.
WCC Annual Review 2003 page 11 (Edited by DCB)
"The Global Fellowship of Christian Youth, and Habitat for Humanity
International, were recognized by the central committee as international
ecumenical organizations in working relationships with the WCC, bringing
that total to 28."
Editor’s Comment: Southern Baptist Jimmy Carter
is heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity as students at Cedarville
University, Cedarville, Ohio have been. Cedarville was formerly an
approved agency of the GARBC and is now an approved school of the SBC. Dr.
Charles Woodbridge wrote "The downward steps which the New Evangelicalism
has taken with incredible swiftness are toleration of unbelief,
cooperation with unbelief and speedy capitulation to unbelief."
WCC Annual Review 2003 pages 16, 17 (Edited by
DCB) "A group of theologians, philosophers and other educators from
Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish and Muslim traditions met for the
fourth time in a ‘Thinking Together’ process in St Petersburg, Florida,
from 13 to 17 December 2003. The theme of the meeting was ‘From Xenophobia
to Philoxenia – Creating Space for the Other in Our Religious Traditions
and in Life Together’. The gathering explored what can be achieved when
people of different faiths do their thinking not just in awareness of each
other’s existence, but actually in each other’s presence and with each
other as interlocutors. The WCC continued to explore new areas of
dialogue, including discussions with people of indigenous beliefs and of
African traditional spirituality."
Editor’s Comment: Is this the "MYSTERY, BABYLON
THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH"?
WCC Annual Review 2003 page 17 (Edited by DCB)
"The question of proselytism was discussed in the context of
Hindu-Christian relations, and it was decided to embark upon a multifaith
process involving a hearing with people of other faiths, theological work
on the issue of conversion, and concluding with a common statement or code
of conduct."
Editor’s Comment: It is clear the WCC does not
believe Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is
none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
World Council of Churches - Press Update: 07 July
2004 ON FIRST LEG OF ASIA TRIP,
KOBIA PRAISES REGIONAL MODELS OF HARMONY IN DIVERSITY
(Edited by DCB) These remarks by Kobia were made on his recent trip to
Hong Kong, Australia and Fiji. " ‘Asia's rich heritage and culture of
being together in diversity should be adopted as a model which will
further strengthen ecumenism in the 21st century,’ WCC general secretary,
Rev. Dr Samuel Kobia said in an address to Asian and Hong Kong ecumenical
and church leaders."
"Speaking later to a group of Buddhist and Christian
leaders attending a WCC-CCA consultation on "Peace and harmony in
religious diversity", Kobia praised Asia's experience of interfaith living
as a good example from which conflict-ridden societies could learn much."
Editor’s Comment: Jeremiah 9:3 "And they bend
their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the
truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know
not me, saith the LORD."
The Daily Telegraph 13 July, 2004 OFFICIALS SEEN
KISSING PRIESTS (Edited by DCB) "PICTURES of authorities at a seminary
caressing and kissing student priests have been published by a magazine in
a sex scandal that has rocked the Roman Catholic church in Austria."
The magazine Profil said "prosecutors had opened an
investigation into the seminary and had found thousands of photographs
on portable computers showing acts of pedophilia and bestiality, as well
as numerous pornographic films."
A photo of the seminary’s deputy director, Wolfgang
Rothe, showed "Mr Rothe French-kissing a young seminarian." Bishop
Kurt Krenn who is supposedly "known for his arch-conservative views" said
the kiss by Roth had "absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality" but was
"merely the kind of ‘idiocy’ boys get up to."
Editor’s Comment: 2 Peter 2: 18 "For when they
speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the
flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them
who live in error."
Associated Press 12 July 2004 AIDS CONFERENCE
DELEGATES SLAM BUSH'S ABSTINENCE POLICY WORLD LEADERS DISCUSS BEST WAY TO
FIGHT AIDS (Edited by DCB) "BANGKOK, Thailand -- Scientists, activists
and policy-makers at an international AIDS conference have slammed
President George W. Bush's abstinence policy, calling it a ‘serious
setback’ in efforts to control the pandemic.
Instead, the group touted condoms Monday as a
trusted weapon in the fight against AIDS. One placard at the conference
read: ‘Bush tells lies, condoms save lives.’"
"Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, who is
credited with slashing HIV rates in his country, was the only big-name
speaker at the conference to support Washington's policy, which places a
lower priority on condoms."
Editor’s Comment: The 100% safe way not to
contract HIV is obeying God’s Word and for those married it is
faithfulness and abstinence for those who are unmarried. Hebrews 13:4
"Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers
and adulterers God will judge."
1John 4:6 "We are of God: he that knoweth God
heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the
spirit of truth, and the spirit of error."
"Old truths are always new to us if they come to
us with the smell of heaven upon them." John Bunyon
