Romans
15:30 "Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and
for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your
prayers to God for me us."Pray for "the good hand of our God upon us."
(Ezra 8:18) as we seek to establish a New Testament fundamental separated
independent Baptist work in Dubbo, New South Wales. Dubbo is 256 miles
west of Sydney.
Australia
is experiencing one of its worse draughts in many, many years. The economic loss
will be tremendous felt throughout the country and will create higher
prices in the super markets. Sadly, rather than seeking God for His help, many
are turning to the state and federal governments. We all know this is the way of
man but we ask you to pray with us that the Lord will use this situation to
cause many to "humble themselves, and pray, and seek my His face, and
turn from their wicked ways" for then He will "hear from heaven, and will
forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 2Chronicles 7:14.
We seek
your prayers for wisdom from above as we spread the gospel. Romans 10: 17 "So
then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." The new
evangelicals use worldly methods such as "Christian" rock concerts etc. but we
desire to use only Biblical God honouring methods in reaching the lost for
Christ. C. H. Spurgeon said "It is well to work for God microscopically; each
tiny bit of our work should bear the closest inspection."

for God's people in Dubbo and Gilgandra: Jonathan and Lynne, Jim and Margaret,
Abel and Phyllis, and John and Rose.
Prayer
as we distribute the Gospel of John and Romans from house to house during
December and January.

for further outreach through the email edition of the Australian Independent
Baptist Newsletter. The AIB Newsletter's purpose is to inform and warn God's
people of religious, social, and political events in today's world.
Pray
for our letters to the editor in the local paper. We write about six per year.
In these, we seek to make an impact on the lost and the disobedient believer. We
have been able to give the gospel, defend the Texts underlying our King James
Bible and have presented a case for Biblical separation.
Pray
David and Pam's health will continue as good as it has been. David has high
blood pressure but is regulated through medication.
