| God, by grace,
saves all who trust in Jesus. "For
by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the
gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast.." (Eph.
2:8-9). |
| Those God
saves can never lose their salvation.
". . . neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor
powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor
any other creature shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which
is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39). |
FIVE FACTS YOU SHOULD
KNOW:
1) The Problem
of man is sin. Romans 3:23 "For all (including you) have sinned, and come short
of the glory of God"
Sin is the problem.
2) The Path
sin takes us. Romans 6:23a "For the wages of sin is death..."
3) The Plan of God.
Romans 6:23b "but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our
Lord." John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
The Lord Jesus Christ is the ONLY Path
to heaven.
The Part
you must do.
Acts 16:31 "Believe on the Lord Jesus
Christ, and thou shalt be saved..."
"If we confess our sins, he (God) is
faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness." 1 John 1: 9
4) The Punishment
for those who do not confess their sinfulness to God and trust the Lord Jesus
Christ as their Saviour. Revelation 20:15 "And whosoever was not found written
in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
5) The Present
time is the best time to repent of your
sins and come to the Lord Jesus Christ. 2Corinthians 6:2 "behold, now is the
accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation."
